File location
Choose where TimeToBill stores your settings and billing status.
TimeToBill stores your settings and billing status in a local file on your computer. That file is called a TimeToBill file, or .ttb file. On this page, you choose where that file is stored.
Current location
TimeToBill shows where the active TimeToBill file is stored. Note this location if you want to make a backup or use TimeToBill on another computer.
Change file
Use Change file if you want to open an existing TimeToBill file or store the file somewhere else.
Do not close TimeToBill while changing files.
Use a cloud folder
You can store your TimeToBill file in a cloud folder, such as iCloud, OneDrive, Dropbox, kDrive, or pCloud.
Important: TimeToBill does not sync the file itself. Do not use the app on two computers at the same time with the same TimeToBill file. That can cause conflicts.
Backups
Make a copy of your TimeToBill file before large changes, such as using TimeToBill on another computer or switching time tracker.
