Step-by-step
Connect WeFact
Set up WeFact as the invoicing software for draft invoices.
Here you connect WeFact to TimeToBill. TimeToBill prepares your selection as a draft invoice in WeFact. You then check and send the invoice yourself in WeFact.
What you need
- A WeFact account with API access.
- A WeFact API key.
- Access to the IP whitelist in WeFact.
Get the API key
- Open WeFact.
- Go to Settings -> API.
- Create an API key or copy an existing key.
- Paste the key in TimeToBill under your invoicing connection.
IP whitelist
WeFact uses API access with an IP whitelist.
In WeFact, the IP whitelist is on the same page as the API key: Settings -> API. Add the IP address shown by TimeToBill under the WeFact connection.
In TimeToBill, you can find that IP address in Settings -> Providers. If you set up WeFact during first setup, you see it there too.
If you use the fixed-IP option, add the TimeToBill IP address in WeFact. If you do not use that option, add your own public IP address.
Test the connection
Use Test connection after entering the API key and IP setting.
A successful test means TimeToBill can reach WeFact with the details you entered. When creating a draft invoice, always check that clients, rates, and invoice lines are correct.

Connect your time-tracking software, so TimeToBill knows which hours you want to bill.
